CRM for SAP Business One

A full CRM, with SAP Business One as the master.

CRMFlow gives sales and marketing the CRM they expect — leads, lifecycle stages, a pipeline board, quotes, activities, sequences and email campaigns — built on SAP Business One instead of beside it. Business partners, contacts, opportunities, quotations, activities and campaigns are the B1 records themselves, so nothing is retyped and B1 stays master. It is in development: the sales and marketing core runs in the current build against a simulated SAP Business One, and has not yet been verified on a live Service Layer.

The problem

Sound familiar?

  • SAP Business One has no place for a prospect that is not a business partner yet.
  • Reps keep deals in a separate CRM, then retype the customer and the quote into B1.
  • Emails and meetings stay in each rep's mailbox, so nobody sees the last conversation.
  • Campaign results never reach B1, so no one can tie a campaign to the revenue it brought.

How it works

From one step to the next, inside SAP Business One

Who does what, and which B1 document each step creates or updates.

  1. Rep or import

Adds a lead; duplicates are checked against B1

    Lead
  2. CRMFlow

Scores it and moves it through the lifecycle; at the stage you choose it goes to B1

    Lead business partner
  3. Rep

Opens a deal and works it on the pipeline board

    Sales Opportunity
  4. CRMFlow

Logs every email, call and meeting to SAP

    Activity
  5. Rep

Builds the quote with B1 prices and sends an accept link

    Sales Quotation
  6. Customer

Accepts; the deal is won and the quote is copied to an order

    Sales Order
