Carrier shipping for SAP Business One

Ship with your own carriers, bill the freight every time.

CarrierFlow is the shipping product we are building for SAP Business One: rate and book parcel, LTL, FTL and international shipments on your own carrier accounts, print the labels, track every package, and write the freight onto the B1 Delivery so the invoice always carries it. It is in development: the platform — SAP connections, several companies, users and roles — is running, and the shipping screens are next.

The problem

Sound familiar?

  • Shippers retype every order into a carrier website to rate it and print the label.
  • Freight never makes it onto the invoice, so you pay for shipping you never bill.
  • Tracking numbers live in the carrier portal, not on the B1 document customer service looks at.
  • Nobody checks the Shipping Type on the order against a cheaper or faster service.

How it works

From one step to the next, inside SAP Business One

Who does what, and which B1 document each step creates or updates.

  1. Sync

Reads the Sales Order, its Shipping Type and the customer's carrier account

  2. CarrierFlow

Rates the Shipping Type and suggests a cheaper or faster service

  3. Shipper

Checks the address, packs and prints the label

  4. CarrierFlow

Creates the Delivery with freight charges and tracking number
