Equipment and asset rental for SAP Business One
Rent it out, get it back, bill it right.
RentalFlow is our equipment and asset rental product for SAP Business One. It is being shaped now with a small group of early customers — the foundation (SAP connection, locations, users) is running, and the rental workflow below is what we are building with them.
The problem
Sound familiar?
- Availability lives in a calendar that does not know what is out on site.
- Equipment comes back damaged and nobody can prove when it happened.
- Rental invoices are built by hand from contracts and delivery notes.
- Depreciation in finance stops agreeing with the fleet on the yard.
