Warehouse management on your handheld, for SAP Business One

October 2026 · support.csc-work.com

What StockFlow does

StockFlow runs your warehouse floor from handhelds and phones:

Supervisors get a console for waves, slotting, replenishment and audit. They also get an Order to cash view that follows each order through StockFlow, RouteFlow and CollectFlow.

Every stock movement maps to one SAP Business One document: goods receipt, transfer, issue, count adjustment, landed cost or production.

Release note (October 2026): in this release StockFlow’s SAP connection verifies the sign-in to your Service Layer, and stock documents are produced in simulated mode. Ask CSC-WORK when live posting will be switched on for your company.

Counts and putaway work offline. Picks are deliberately refused offline, so that two people cannot pick the same stock.

Signing in

Sign in on the handheld.

Enter your Username and Password and tap Sign in. Operators can tap Scan a badge instead and scan their badge with the camera.

On the local network the handheld must trust your company’s certificate. If it does not, the camera will not open. Your administrator installs it once per device.

The header shows a back arrow, the offline-queue badge, push-to-talk, the connection indicator and your name and role.

Receiving

Receive.
  1. Scan a PO, or pick one from Open purchase orders.
  2. Scan an item, then enter the Quantity and the Batch number (required for batch items).
  3. Tap Add to receipt. Lines show Staged — not posted yet.
  4. Repeat for every item. If you receive more than was ordered, StockFlow warns you.
  5. Tap Commit receipt to post the goods receipt. Cancel receipt lets you keep scanning or discard what you have staged.

Putaway

  1. Open Putaway. The In receiving list shows what is waiting.
  2. Scan the item.
  3. Scan the Destination bin.
  4. Confirm. The bin-to-bin transfer is posted.

Picking

Pick.
  1. Open Pick. StockFlow gives you the next task from your queue. If the queue is empty, tap Check again.
  2. Go to the From bin and scan it.
  3. Scan the Item and the Batch, then confirm the Quantity. The suggested quantity is shown; case barcodes count as the full case.
  4. Tap Confirm.
  5. Problems:
    • Nothing there if the bin is empty,
    • Re-scan item for a bad scan,
    • pick short with a reason.
Short picks raise a suggested count for a supervisor.
  6. Where are you leaving it? Scan the drop location (staging lane, cart or carton), then tap Next task.

Voice picking: if it is switched on in My setup, StockFlow reads each instruction aloud. Tap Speak or say the check digit to confirm.

Pack & Ship (supervisors)

  1. Pick the order.
  2. Enter the carton weight and dimensions.
  3. Tap Pack carton & assign SSCC. The GS1 label is generated.
  4. Either:
    • Rate with CarrierSync to choose a carrier, or
    • Stage for RouteFlow to deliver with your own fleet.
  5. Tap Confirm shipment.

Counting

Count.
  1. Start a count: Cycle count, Directed count or Zero-bin check. Counts that pick discrepancies have suggested appear at the top; tap Count it or Dismiss.
  2. Scan a bin to count, then enter the Counted quantity and tap Record.
  3. When the sheet is complete, tap Post adjustments.

Counting works offline. The results are sent when the handheld reconnects.

Pallets & SSCC

Scan a pallet (plate), bin or item, then:

Sync queue

Sync queue.

Work captured offline waits here until the handheld reconnects. Sync now sends it straight away.

Anything the server rejects shows as Rejected — a supervisor must resolve. Do not use Clear from this device unless a supervisor has told you to: it deletes the unsent work.
